Peter de Norville leads the Global Diversity and Inclusion Division of enei. Peter is working with global organisations to define and deliver their global diversity and inclusion strategies, as well as delivering executive coaching and training in inclusive leadership, inclusive recruitment and talent management, agile working, and corporate cultural alignment on a global basis.
Prior to joining enei, Peter was a Management Consultant and worked with global business leaders to develop their executive leadership potential, and helped them to deliver their companies strategic talent agenda. Peter’s other roles have included the Head of International Talent, Resourcing, and Diversity at Legal & General, HR Business Partner for Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank, and a Bomb Disposal and High Risk Search Operator with the British Army.
Peter has specialised in global diversity and inclusion projects for almost fifteen years but has worked with clients across all elements of strategic talent consulting. He has a wide range of global experience and has lived and worked in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, as well as in North, Central, and South America.
