Patrick leads CMI’s thought leadership research programme, generating the practical insights that shape CMI’s campaigns and points of view on key issues.
He leads for CMI on its work on the gender pay gap and employer practices to create balanced workplaces. He also led on the recent CMI report, Delivering Diversity, on BAME diversity in the FTSE 100, and is now working on the development of the new CMI Race network.
Patrick is a regular spokesperson for CMI and he leads on several key partnerships. He worked closely with the Government Equalities Office, as CMI contributed to the development of the gender pay gap reporting regulations.
