Head of Inclusion & Learning Support
Nicholas Glossop is the Head of Inclusion and Learning Support at BPP University. He has 17 years of experience in Further and Higher Education, initially as an English teacher then focussing on disability, learning difficulty, widening participation and Inclusive provision.
Nicholas has substantial experience of reviewing and designing Learning Support and Inclusion services in large complex educational settings and has designed and implemented the Equality and Diversity and Learning Support strategies at BPP University. He is passionate about the influence inclusive thinking and practice has on both the individual and the wider learning community and how nurturing a shared vision can lead to successful outcomes for a wide and diverse range of individuals.
Nicholas has written articles for various legal publications and was a member of the Social Mobility Advisory Group with UUK. He is a member of the Law Society, Lawyers with Disability Division and is the SEN Governor at a local primary school.
