Business Innovation Lead
Kirsten’s experience lies in establishing and innovating marketing and attraction strategies in partnership with the UK’s leading emerging talent employers. Working for almost a decade within this arena, she has developed a keen interest in helping organisations innovate in order to engage successfully with young people from a variety of different backgrounds. A number of organisations who champion diversity within their cultures have worked closely with Kirsten to position their agendas and win recognition in a number of categories at the TARGETjobs National Graduate Recruitment Awards.
In Kirsten’s previous role at GTI Media she spearheaded an initiative to recognise and gain accolades for universities who have championed employability strategies for students from all genders, ethnicities and socioeconomic classes. She passionately believes in viable alternatives to university and is hopeful the Apprenticeship Levy will encourage a positive shift for social-mobility. She now continues this work with Bright Network, an integral member of a dynamic team who are committed to helping students fulfil their potential and connecting them with organisations who truly identify with the benefits of having a diverse and inclusive working environment.
