Strategic Lead for Diversity, Inclusion and Social Integration
Greater London Authority
Frances is the Strategic Lead of Diversity, Inclusion and Social Integration for the Mayor of London. Within this role she is delivering a new long-term strategy for London that will set out what is needed to build strong, thriving and connected communities and a capital where everyone is able to reap the rewards of their city’s growth.
In her previous role Frances led on managing a business-wide diversity and inclusion programme within Network Rail. The programme was delivered through a network of local champions and project managers, sponsored by a member of the executive team. The programme delivered the culture, behaviour, policy and system change needed to help the organisation become more open, diverse and inclusive for employees and customers.
Previous experience includes leading a 2-year project to design and deliver the strategy and change processes needed to mainstream diversity and inclusion within Amnesty International. As part of her Executive MBA at Ashridge Business School, Frances was a key player in a prize-winning team who delivered a new marketing strategy for a peer-to-peer microfinance scheme in Beijing. As a consultant, Frances has provided management advice to a range of organisations across the private, public and third sector including project managing the drafting of large sections of the non-statutory guidance for the Equality Act.
